01 · The vault

Every chest holds
a real coin.

Creator fees fill a public vault. Each time it crosses the next price, we buy a graded silver coin from a dealer, photograph the cert, and seal it in a chest in the wreck. Pry it open and it ships to you with tracking. The finale chest holds gold.

    02 · The dive

    Your air
    is the clock.

    1. Free tankAnyone can dive. About seventy seconds of air at depth, less if you kick hard.
    2. Deeper is richerCoppers on the deck. Pieces of eight on the gun deck. Gold in the hold and the captain's cabin, past the gun-port squeezes and the current at the breach.
    3. Bank at the bellCoins only count once you're back at the dive bell. Trapped air under the beams buys you a few seconds, once per dive.
    4. BlackoutRun dry and your bag drops where you were. Someone else will find it.

    03 · The set

    Thirty doubloons.
    One captain's coin.

    Copper, silver, pieces of eight, gold escudos, and two royal doubloons that only turn up deep in the hull. Bank all thirty and the vault owes you a silver coin.

    04 · Golden air

    The only key to a chest.

    Every fee claim becomes golden tanks. Half float in the wreck for whoever gets there first. The other half go straight into holders' racks, weighted by the square root of the bag and capped per wallet, so a whale can't take every tank.

    The pry

    Hold. Feel the lock. Let go.

    One golden tank is one pry, and it refills your air. Release in the sweet spot for a clean pry and a better chance. The lock gives a little more after every miss, up to thirty percent.

    05 · Proof

    Don't trust us.
    Replay it.

    When a chest appears we publish a hash of a secret seed. Pry number i opens it if HMAC(seed, chest:i) lands under its odds. When it opens, the seed is revealed and your browser replays every pry. The coin's grader cert, the dealer receipt and the shipping tracking go up next to it.
